تناول الخوخ يقدم العديد من الفوائد الصحية للجسم، إليك بعضًا منها:

1. يعزز صحة الجهاز الهضمي:

  • غني بالألياف الغذائية، التي تُساعد على تحسين حركة الأمعاء ومنع الإمساك.
  • يُحفز نمو البكتيريا النافعة في الأمعاء، مما يُحسّن وظائف الجهاز الهضمي بشكل عام.

2. يدعم صحة القلب:

  • غني بمضادات الأكسدة، التي تُقلل من خطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب.
  • يُساعد على خفض ضغط الدم بفضل محتواه من البوتاسيوم.
