كافحت كثيرا لإعادة طفلتي إلى السويد خشية تزويجها في سن مبكرة مرت الأمور بشكل عادي لفترة وجيزة. وبعد انتهاء العطلة الصيفية، ذهبت الطفلة إلى المدرسة وأبلغت رفيقاتها بأنها متزوجة فما كان من المدرسة إلا أن أبلغت “السوسيال”، ليتطور الأمر بسرعة وينتهي بقرار بانتزاع الصغيرة مني رغم حرصي على إطلاعهم بكل التفاصيل”.
هذا خلاصة ما تحكيه “هدى”، التي فصلت عن ابنتها البالغة من العمر 11 سنة وهي إحدى عشرات القصص لعائلات مهاجرة تظاهرت مؤخرا للمطالبة باسترجاع أطفالها بعد أن سحبتهم هيئة الخدمات الاجتماعية السويدية.
ولا يعد إجراء سحب الأطفال أمرا جديدا في السويد، شأنها في ذلك شأن معظم الدول الأوروبية الموقعة على اتفاقيات أممية لحماية حقوق الطفل. ولا يقتصر تطبيق هذا الإجراء على الأسر المهاجرة، بل يشمل عائلات من كافة شرائح المجتمع السويدي ممن “ثبت سوء معاملتها لأطفالها”.
ويفسر البعض أسباب تصاعد الحديث عن قضايا سحب الأطفال مؤخرا بارتفاع عدد الأسر اللاجئة إلى السويد، إضافة للفجوة الثقافية والاختلاف الجذري في أساليب تربية الأطفال.
كما سبق أن سلط موقع “سراج” التابع للوحدة السورية للصحافة الاستقصائية “، الضوء على تجارب مشابهة مرت بها بعض العائلات السورية اللاجئة للسويد عام 2019.
فما وراء الحملات المنتشرة مؤخرا؟ وماذا نعرف عن هيئة الخدمات السويدية؟
برزت القضية مجددا هذه السنة بعد أن سجل الناشط السوري السويدي، جورج توما، عبر يوتيوب لقاء بالزوجين السوريين دياب طلال وأمل شيخو.
ظهر الزوجان في فيديو وهما يستجديان العرب مساعدتهما بعد أن انتزعت السلطات السويدية أطفالهما منهما.
ويقول الزوج إن السلطات سحبت أطفالهما الخمسة منذ وصولهم إلى السويد عام 2011. ومن بينهم طفلة انتزعتها السلطات بعد مولدها بفترة وجيزة.
وقد تبنت عشرات الحسابات والقنوات العربية التي يتابعها الآلاف عبر مواقع التواصل، تلك الحملة. ومن بينها صفحة” شؤون إسلامية” التي اختارت عناوين وشعارات اختلف كثيرون حولها. فمنهم من أيدها ومنهم من وصفها بـ “المُغالاة”.
بينما تنفي الحكومة السويدية المزاعم التي تحدثت عن قيام دائرة الخدمة الاجتماعية في البلاد بـ”خطف أطفال مسلمين”.
وفي سلسلة تغريدات على تويتر، وصفت وزارة الخارجية السويدية المعلومات المتداولة بأنها “مضللة بشكل خطير وتهدف إلى خلق جو متوتر” مضيفة أن “جميع الأطفال في السويد يتمتعون بالحماية والرعاية دون أي تفرقة بموجب التشريعات السويدية، واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الطفل”.
