تعتبر العناية ببشرة الطفل من أهم المهام التي تواجهها الأمهات، وخاصة منطقة الحفاضات التي تكون أكثر عرضة للاحتكاك والرطوبة، مما قد يسبب التهابات وتسلخات مؤلمة للطفل.

 

وتعد أبرز أسباب التهاب منطقة الحفاض كالآتي:

 

الاحتكاك والرطوبة: من أكثر أسباب الالتهاب شيوعاً، حيث أن الحفاضات المبللة تكون على اتصال مباشر مع الجلد لفترات طويلة.

 

وسوء التهوية: تصبح منطقة الحفاض بيئة مثالية لنمو البكتيريا والفطريات، مما يؤدي إلى الإصابة بالالتهابات.

 

وحساسية الجلد: قد يعاني بعض الأطفال من حساسية تجاه مكونات الحفاضات أو المناديل المبللة.

 

والجفاف المفرط: قد تؤدي بعض أنواع الغسول أو الاستحمام المتكرر إلى جفاف بشرة الطفل، مما يزيد من احتمالية إصابتها بالالتهابات.

 

وتعد أبرز أعراض التهاب منطقة الحفاض الاحمرار والتورم التي تعد من أكثر العلامات شيوعاً، وكذلك طفح جلدي الذي قد ينتشر إلى الفخذين والبطن، كما يظهر بقع حمراء أو حبوب كالبثور وهي تسبب الحكة وجفاف الجلد، كما يسبب مشاكل في النوم بسبب الألم والحكة.

 

وتظهر أهمية استخدام كريم حفاضات الأطفال عن طريق تكوين طبقة عازلة وذلك لحماية الجلد من الاحتكاك والمهيجات، وتهدئة البشرة المتهيجة بفضل المكونات المهدئة مثل الصبار وزيوت اللوز، وتقليل الالتهاب بفضل المكونات المضادة للالتهابات مثل البانثينول وفيتامين هـ، وترطيب البشرة لمنع جفافها وتحسين حالتها.

 

ويتم استخدام كريم حفاضات الأطفال بعد تنظيف منطقة الحفاض وتجفيفها جيداً، وضعي كمية مناسبة من الكريم على المناطق المتهيجة، وكرري الخطوة السابقة عند كل تغيير للحفاض.
