السيسي يتوجه إلى نيروبى للمشاركة فى « القمة التنسيقية للاتحاد الأفريقى»

تستضيف مصر، اليوم الأربعاء، القمة التنسيقية الأفريقية الثانية، وذلك بحضور رؤساء دول وحكومات الاتحاد الأفريقي والتجمعات الاقتصادية الإقليمية.

وأكد المستشار أحمد فهمي، المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية، أن القمة تأتي في إطار جهود الإصلاح المؤسسي للاتحاد الأفريقي، وفي إطار محور تقسيم العمل والمهام بين مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي والتجمعات الاقتصادية الإقليمية، فضلاً عن تعزيز مسار التكامل الإقليمي بين دول القارة، خاصةً ما يتعلق بالتكامل الاقتصادي، والذي تعد أبرز خطواته إطلاق منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الأفريقية تحت الرئاسة المصرية عام 2019.

تم استحداث القمة التنسيقية الأفريقية عام 2019 تحت الرئاسة المصرية للاتحاد الأفريقي، وذلك في إطار جهود الإصلاح المؤسسي للاتحاد، وفي إطار محور تقسيم العمل والمهام بين مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي والتجمعات الاقتصادية الإقليمية، فضلاً عن تعزيز مسار التكامل الإقليمي بين دول القارة، خاصةً ما يتعلق بالتكامل الاقتصادي، والذي تعد أبرز خطواته إطلاق منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الأفريقية تحت الرئاسة المصرية عام 2019.

من المقرر أن يلقى الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي كلمة يستعرض خلالها خطة مصر فى ظل ترؤسها الحالى للجنة التوجيهية لرؤساء دول وحكومات الوكالة الإفريقية للتنمية “النيباد”، كما سيلقى الرئيس كلمة بصفته الرئيس الحالى لمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للمناخ أمام جلسة البيئة والتغيرات المناخية لاستعراض الجهود المصرية فى مواجهة تأثيرات التغيرات المناخية على دول القارة الأفريقية.

من المنتظر أيضاً، أن يعقد الرئيس السيسي مباحثات مع شقيقه الرئيس الكيني “ويليام روتو “، بهدف بحث آليات تعزيز أوجه التعاون الثنائي بين البلدين الشقيقين، وكيفية التعامل مع مشاغل القارة الأفريقية، فضلاً عن مناقشة مستجدات القضايا والملفات الإقليمية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وسبل التعاون لبلورة أطر العمل الأفريقي المشترك بهدف دفع عملية التنمية وتعزيز الاندماج في القارة.

تُعد القمة التنسيقية الأفريقية إحدى آليات تعزيز التكامل الإقليمي بين دول القارة، وتهدف إلى تحقيق تنسيق أكبر بين الاتحاد الأفريقي والتجمعات الاقتصادية الإقليمية، وتعزيز التعاون بين الدول الأعضاء في هذه التجمعات، والعمل على تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة للاتحاد الأفريقي.

وتُعقد القمة التنسيقية الأفريقية مرة كل عامين، وتعتبر مصر الدولة الثانية التي تستضيفها بعد كينيا التي استضافتها في عام 2019.

وتُعد القمة التنسيقية الأفريقية فرصة مهمة لبحث القضايا والتحديات التي تواجه القارة الأفريقية، ومناقشة سبل التعاون بين دول القارة لمواجهة هذه التحديات، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في القارة.
